About Us

Cathy and Kelly are a mother-daughter team with over 35 years of combined experience.
They are both full service real estate agents.

Cathy attended the University of Redlands and graduated from California State University, San Jose and is a former Disneyland employee.  She has extensive knowledge of the Seattle neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs and years of experience as an escrow officer, real estate office management and sales.  Cathy's credentials include:

Kelly attended Washington State University and graduated from Central Washington University.  She has lived in Seattle and surrounding areas since 1990.  Prior to real estate she was an event planner for the Westin Hotel and Washington State Convention Center handling groups from 25 people to 85,000 people.  Kelly's credentials include:
